🕒 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order! If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to help.

  • Returns are to be accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached.
  • All return requests must be submitted through our Returns Portal (or email us) within the 7-day window.

💡 Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Please note, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, or intimates
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Gift cards

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us, vassruralrootsco@gmail.com, within 3 days of delivery.
We’ll work quickly to make it right—either with a replacement or full refund.


💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued as store credit via gift card or discount code.
  • Refunds to the original payment method are not available unless the item is defective.
